OFFSITE EXPO ADMISSION POLICY & VISITOR INFORMATION

Offsite Expo is strictly a trade event for companies of the construction industry.

Only pre-registered visitors, exhibitor badge holder and visitors who register on or before the 17 and 18 September 2024 will be able to access Offsite Expo.

Registration takes place in the main atrium of the Coventry Building Society Arena using the self-scan process for efficient and environmentally friendly badge production and collection.

Seminar places are free of charge and are subject to capacity constraints.

Delegate places in seminar theatres will be allocated of a “first come first serve” basis and there will be limited seating room in each seminar theatre which may be restricted by health and safety rules.

The organisers office will be staffed from 8:00am to 6:00pm to answer all queries relating to registration, visitor and exhibitor access, and general event management.

Students are permitted entry to the show but must be recognised on a relevant course and must state their college/university name on the registration form under ‘company name’.

No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend Offsite Expo.

Visitors will not be permitted entry into the show after 3:30pm on 18 September – the last day.

The “Offsite Connect Buyers and Specifiers Forum & VIP Lounge” are restricted and only accessible by visitors or participants meeting the strict entry badge criteria. These facilities are not open to the general visitor.

Official Offsite Expo photographers will be taking photographs and filming throughout the event. The organisers reserve the right to use any film or photographs, which may include visitors and exhibitors, for the purpose of promoting or marketing Offsite Expo in the future.

The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from Offsite Expo and the Coventry Building Society Arena whom they reasonably consider to be disruptive, violent or under the influence of drink and drugs, or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable laws or regulations.

Badge Scanning Policy: While you are at the event you will likely visit one or more exhibitors on their stand. By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or a seminar theatre, the exhibitor or session sponsor will have access to your name and contact information which you provided during this registration process for them to follow up post event. If you do not want your details passed on, you should refrain from having your badge scanned by exhibitors. Your badge will also be scanned at the main entrance to the event upon your arrival.
