Unlike the fully relocatable MODULHAUS™ range of interim homes, the latest modular apartment and housing systems are designed for permanent residential locations. The volumetric modular apartment on display is fully finished, furnished and features bathroom, ensuite and MEP pod technology designed and developed by VOLUMETRIC™. Ergonomically designed for maximum spatial efficiency, the integrated pods are on show at Offsite Expo within the modular housing feature build and also as a standalone display on Stand D1.
