Since Offsite Alliance's inception they have been instrumental in raising funds, influencing policy and bringing about true collaboration.
Formed in 2019 in a bid to bring the sector together, Offsite Alliance tried and tested the need for the Alliance and in July 2020 registered the company as a CIC organisation with a large membership body.
Today, they work to unite the industry by working towards their big three aims and objectives:
PROMOTE: Best practice, share innovation, and work together.
ONE VOICE: To co-ordinate and present the views of the Offsite Alliance to government (national and local) the construction sector, planners, mortgage providers, property lenders, developers and architects.
COLLABORATION: Bringing the industry together they work with all of their partners and members to join the dots, break down barriers and connect people and businesses to ensure they can create sustainable housing and futures for all within our built environment.
